    Tell the story of where it came from, where it’s been, and maybe where you hope it will take you.

    This is sort of a love letter to your bicycle, with a little bit of non-professional technical talk, so that if readers are looking for a commuter or touring bike, they can get ideas of what they are looking for.

  • We’d love to hear about other town and cities’ bicycle infrastructure, and what makes other places great for getting around town on a bicycle.

    Give us a little tour around your town by bike, and let us know a little bit about how to get around, where to stop, and what the culture is like.

    Bonus points if you can make a ride with GPS route to share with readers.

  • We’d love to ask you a few questions about yourself, or someone you know who is an avid bicycle commuter or bike adventurer.

    We’ll come up with the questions, your provide short answers and a few photos.

  • A short essay about bike commuting, or a bike tour.

    It could be a day ride through your own city, or a city you visited. Maybe a group ride such as a critical mass ride, or a weekly ride. Or just a ride with your friends.

    Perhaps you are a courier or ride a cargo bike, and you carry lots of weird things from place to place everyday.

    It could be a weekend tour close to home, or a bikepacking trip in the desert or mountains.

  • Longer form essay about bike commuting, or a bike tour that you loved (or maybe even hated). Tell us about what happened, what you saw, why you loved it, how it made you feel, etc.
